Actress Taapsee Pannu Biography & Gallery:
Taapsee was born in New Delhi on 1st August 1987 to Dilmohan Singh Pannu & Nirmaljeet Pannu. She has a younger sister Shagun Pannu and also a younger brother named Rajat pannu. She’s an Indian film actress, mostly appeared in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi films.
She worked as a software professional and pursued her career in modeling before becoming an actress. During her modeling days, she appeared in many numbers of television commercials and won several titles during her modeling days. As a model, she endorsed many brands such as UniStyle Image, Reliance Trends, Coca-Cola, Motorola, Pantaloon, PVR Cinemas, Red FM 93.5, Dabur, Airtel, Tata Docomo, World Gold Council & Havells.
Taapsee made her film debut in Telugu romantic musical film Jhummandi Naadam in 2010 with K. Raghavendra Rao’s directorial movie. In 2011, Taapsee pannu made here Tamil debut in Vetrimaaran’s Aadukalam. She appeared in the role of an Anglo-Indian girl in that movie. This movie received numerous applauds from the audiences and proceeded to win six National Film Awards at the 58th National Film Awards ceremony. She came back to the Telugu industry with Vastadu Naa Raju (2011), opposite Vishnu Manchu. She also made an appearance in Malayalam movie later that year, through “Doubles” (2011), featuring Mammootty and Nadiya Moidu.
In later 2013, she was seen in the big-budget action thriller film Thala Ajith Starrer “Arrambam” paired with Arya. She got the Most Enthusiastic Performer–Female Award at the 2014 Edison Awards for her performance in the film. Then, she had two Tamil releases, the horror-comedy Muni 3, opposite Raghava Lawrence and Aishwarya R. Dhanush’s Vai Raja Vai, in which she featured in a special role.

In 2016, She starred in Bollywood social thriller film Pink, in which she received numerous accolades for her role.
Later in 2017, acted in The Ghazi Attack, Manmarziyaan (2018).
